Black Brick Audio Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us at blackbrickaudio@gmail.com or fill out our Help Form. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your product. The customer is responsible for all return costs and fees unless otherwise specified. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. See below for details. Please do not return an item without written approval from Black Brick Audio, as this may result in forfeiting your return. Please take note of the restocking fee listed below. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.
- The product must be in the condition that you received it in once returned.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged box.
- The product can not be used or damaged.
Restocking Fee
All Black Brick Audio returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your total refund for all returns. Black Brick Audio will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Black Brick Audio is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is up to the customer to correctly package the contents and return the product to Black Brick Audio.
Damaged or Defective Product Returns
If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund. Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package was damaged in transit, you may be required to file a claim through the carrier. Contact Black Brick Audio for details. If the product is defective, you may be asked to return the product so that it may be evaluated by Black Brick Audio. Black Brick Audio Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email Black Brick Audio at blackbrickaudio@gmail.com or through the contact form including your name, order number, and the email address used to place the order. Important Note: Orders that have already been fulfilled can not be cancelled and instead will be processed as a return and subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders marked in stock are typically fulfilled within 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm MT) and do not qualify for cancellations once fulfilled. All pre-orders may be subject to a restocking fee upon cancellation if the product has begun production.
Refunds
You may be entitled to a full refund or replacement if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be subtracted from your total refund for any returns initiated after the 24 hour window. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at us and also contact your bank.
Black Brick Audio Warranty Obligation
Black Brick Audio will provide replacement for a product deemed defective in accordance with this warrant policy. If replacement is not sufficient in satisfying the claim, Black Brick Audio, at its sole discretion, will determine if credit shall be issued.
Black Brick Audio 1 Year Limited Warranty
Black Brick Audio warrants the product to be free of manufacturer defects for up to 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, impact, improper use, or any other exclusions listed. This warranty is non-transferable, and is only valid to the original purchaser.
Warranty Exclusions
Due to the complexity of custom audio systems, builds, and aftermarket components such as amplifiers, wiring, alternators, and more, this warranty does not cover damages or performance issues to Black Brick Audio products once the product has been installed and/ or tested. This warranty will not cover product replacement or reimbursement for any reasons outside of manufacturer defects unless otherwise specified. This warranty may not be modified or extended by any installation facility/dealer. Black Brick Audio is not responsible for costs associated with the installation of replacement materials under warranty including labor costs, part costs, and transportation costs.
