Black Brick Audio Shipping Policy

All Black Brick Audio orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm MT excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The product will ship out using the service you selected at checkout after processing. Black Brick Audio offers domestic and international shipping on all products through UPS and USPS. To see if your region is available, simply go to checkout with your products and select shipping. Black Brick Audio does not collect taxes, duties, import, or customs fees at checkout and the customer is responsible for these fees. If you require special shipping exceptions or encounter any errors, please contact us prior to placing your order. Some exceptions may apply. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped from Denver, Colorado USA.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We only use live rates provided by UPS and USPS to calculate shipping costs based on order volume and package size. Exceptions apply.

In-store pickup

Please contact Black Brick Audio for in-store pick up if you are in the Denver, Colorado area. Your order must be placed and processed prior to pick up. Please confirm your pick up time prior to arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at blackbrickaudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If your product has been deemed lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, you may be eligible for a replacement. You may be asked to provide photos of the package and the product. Please save any damaged packaging and products until the claim has been resolved.
